However, outside stakeholders primarily utilize electronic communication, that is, via email. The medium permits the sending of varied kinds of files like PDFs. External stakeholders can make follow-up calls if necessary to clarify processes or information.

Here, if the wedding date is shifted from December 9th to November 19th, the project timeline decreases from 100 days to 80 days, and that is a decrease by 20%. To accommodate this change, the client is willing to increase the budget by 20%.
Analyzing Change Impact
A 20% decrease in timeline has a significant impact on most aspects of the wedding project. If this adjustment is made in the execution phase, it will require schedule-sensitive items to be rescheduled. There can be problems like lost deposits, higher vendor costs, and added management costs.
The providers contracted in the original schedule would have to pay reschedule fees or simply not be able to work on the new date, thus causing potential deposit losses as well as making arrangements to obtain additional providers, something which would all combine to cost more.
Aside from this, the management personnel would have increased labor expenses and maybe lower morale as they adjust to the new schedule. All these changes must be implemented within a shortened timeframe, with the team having to work at optimum efficiency.
