Evidence-based practice (EBP) refers to clinical choices that are based on clinical expertise and consider patient’s values and preferences. In addition, it gives information about high-quality patient care (Shibahaw et al .,2023). In the ever-changing arena of healthcare, the ongoing commitment to evidence-based practice (EPB) takes first place. Moreover, this assessment examines communication strategies that are designed to empower nurses with a specific focus on patient-centred care within the world of a changing medical-surgical floor. This assessment aids in making new nurses familiar with different diagnoses that are new to them like Chronic Kidney Disease. Evidence-based practice mends new nurses to be familiar with the hospital environment to provide their services to the patient in a very effective way. If you take (CKD) as a diagnosis, sometimes it becomes very serious which is known as end-stage renal disease which needs to be addressed at an emergency base, so nurses should know about the terms like peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis in order to tackle it at the right time.
