The process of data gathering regarding the effectiveness of leadership strategies and environmental factors depends on dependent and independent potential variables. These factors analyze how they can influence innovation and learning in a workplace. The dependent variables help in the identification of outcomes of effective managerial behavior and environmental factors incorporating positive and motivational learning environments in the workplace. The factors include employee performance, employee satisfaction, employee retention, and organizational success (Memon et al., 2023). The dependent variables need independent variables to show how they can be influenced by better leadership strategies and environmental factors. Effective managerial support, focus on the motivation of employees, employee training programs, sufficient resources, and undertaking of cultural diversity hold great significance in ensuring that the dependent variables are generating successful outcomes. Better organizational efforts can only lead to improved performance of the employees and increased levels of employee satisfaction with the schedule and work opportunities provided to them (Zhenjing et al., 2022).
