Scavenger Hunt Reflection
DB FPX 8400 Assessment 4 I’ve learned so much new stuff that I didn’t know before this scavenger hunt assignment. I’m content because I’ve learned so much new stuff. From cognitive differences to ontological humility, I’ve learned a lot of things that I can utilize in my business today. Learning curves for me was trying to understand ontological humility. It was hard to write a paper, but I realized that it’s very much needed.
Accomplishments to me are becoming knowledgeable about what business management really is instead of just calling it business management. Everyone knows what business management is, but does everyone know the truth and history on business management? This course allowed me to be a better business owner, coworker, employer, manager, and entrepreneur.
It has improved me as a person. I’ve acquired cognitive thinking skills that I didn’t even realize I needed. And I’ve acquired new subject matter that can possibly help me in the future. All of the skills that I have acquired from this scavenger hunt will help me throughout my stay at Capella. This class started out tough but getting this scavenger hunt done helped a lot.
