AxessPointe Community Health Center: An Overview
BUS FPX 4126 Assessment 1 Axesspointe Community Health Center (API) is a non-profit Fedorly Qualified Health Center which is 1400 S. Arlington is located in St., Suite 38, Akron, OH 44306. The building in 1994, AccessPoint is dedicated to public health and comments. The API is run as a medical home (Patical Medical Home (PCMH), which is recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). It mainly acts as a non -related and arbitrary population in the summit and portage counties, and offers medical, dental services. API Portage course to offer medical services to patients.
Roles and Responsibilities of Health Information Management Professionals
In Axesspointe, Health Information Management (HE) plays an integrated role in professional departments. Despite the relatively small HIM team, the responsibility includes different areas of the organization’s growing structure. The IT department, which only includes two employees, manages technical infrastructure to connect and operate access points. They ensure the safety and functionality of the electronic health record (EHR) and provide immediate address to the communication system (Burke and Viil, 2019).
The billing department oversees medical records, invoicing of data management and documentation accuracy. It includes an invoicing manager, billing specialist and medical journal technicians who are responsible for management and organization and are invoices from patient records.
Two registered nurses (RN) lead the quality department, and manage data related to EHR training for the initiative to improve quality, incentive programs and data related to clinical personnel (Nooxe et al., 2015).
Challenges of Health Information Management Professionals
In access points, their professional challenges are related to evaluating organizational risks and managing data effectively. Limited staffing and chronic technology affect important concerns, affecting communication systems and general efficiency. It is important to maintain the patient’s safety and to meet these challenges to adapt to organizational results (Ammenworth et al., 2003).
Future challenges are effective data management strategies to use technological progress for better patient results (Dash et al., 2019).
Inpatient and Outpatient Facility Analysis
Axesspointe is mainly operated as an outpatient function, providing a wide range of primary care, dental health services and behavioral health services. The change in outpatient care reflects the industry’s trends, aimed at reducing migration in the mail, improving the patient’s convenience and optimizing the distribution of health service distribution (Abrams et al., 2018).
Technological Solution Implementation
To solve technical challenges, Accesspoints may consider using integrated phone systems and infections on a cloud -based server. These solutions can improve communication efficiency, data access and the system’s reliability, gradually to improve patient care and organizational performance (Damilo, 2019; Kamani, 2019).
Organizational Structure of a Health Care Facility
Axesspointe works under a structured organizational hierarchy, where the board oversees business decisions and manages the top management for daily operations. The lead roles include CEO, CFO, CMO and director of various departments and works (API, 2021).
Clinical Services of a Health Care Facility
Axesspointe offers extensive medical, dental health services and behavioral health services aimed at meeting the needs of society. The center’s focus on prevention and general care is available with its function to offer high quality health services (API, 2021).
Conclusion
Despite the long appearance, access points continue to develop to meet the changing needs of society. By matching regulatory standards and embracing technological advances, the center is bound to distribute family-oriented primary care services in Northeast-Ohio.
